Why I started No Cap Advisory
I started No Cap Advisory because I’ve seen what happens when students don’t have guidance — and I’ve seen what happens when they do. The difference is everything.
I’m a college and career readiness specialist with years of experience supporting Grades 6–12 students. I’ve helped students write essays that got them into their dream schools, navigate financial aid processes their families thought were impossible, and build career plans they actually believed in.
Too many students — especially in under-resourced communities — arrive at graduation without a plan. Not because they don’t have potential. Because no one helped them see it. That’s the gap No Cap Advisory exists to fill.
My approach is simple: real guidance, real talk, no pressure. I meet students where they are — in 6th grade building self-awareness, in 11th grade writing their personal statement, or in 12th grade comparing financial aid offers. Wherever you are, we start there.
